About us
Delta Real Estate Advisory is the story of four seasoned real estate professionals who decided to create a new service line exclusively dedicated to professional real estate.
Since September 2023, we have been offering a full professional skill set to a wide range of clients, supporting them in developing and implementing investment and asset management strategies into real estate.

Martin Manzanera
PARTNER
As a former Business Lawyer at Loyens & Loeff and Urban Law, Martin has worked on large-scale real estate transactions before he joined BNP Real Estate's Capital Market department, where he did develop an extensive network of investors and real estate stakeholders through Western Europe.

Nicolas Gendebien
PARTNER
Trained in one of the major business schools in Belgium, Nicolas started his career in Luxembourg, where he worked for KPMG, in departments dedicated to M&A and estate planning.
After that, he joined the Capital Markets department of BNP Real Estate, allowing him to extend his expertise within the professional real estate market, and develop his skills and knowledge with his two feet on the field.

Nicolas Deremince
PARTNER
Nicolas worked as a real estate large-scale projects developer for top-tier companies such as BesixRED or Immobel. As a former architect, he combines strong concept and technical knowledges, that he completed with a full finance skills set from his career in real estate development.
After 10 years as a project developer, he endorsed the role of General Manager for a middle-size family office specialized in real estate in Brussels.

Simon Dejemeppe
PARTNER
Simon worked as a Transactions Manager for Eaglestone, one of the key-players in the Belgian Real Estate market. Doing that, he gained extensive experience in professionnal real estate from financial, legal, and technical perspectives.
Before that, he collaborated at ING Bank, where he participated in the financing of numerous high-profile real estate projects for the biggest real estate actors.
