Former Business Lawyer at Loyens & Loeff and Urban Law, Martin worked on major real estate transactions. He later joined BNP Real Estate’s Capital Market department, where he built a strong network of investors and real estate professionals across Western Europe.

Nicolas Gendebien
PARTNER
A graduate of a leading Belgian business school, Nicolas began his career at KPMG Luxembourg in M&A and estate planning. He then joined BNP Real Estate’s Capital Markets team, deepening his expertise in professional real estate through hands-on field experience.

Nicolas Deremince
PARTNER
Former architect, Nicolas managed large-scale real estate projects for top companies such as BesixRED and Immobel. After ten years as a developer, he became General Manager of a mid-sized Brussels-based family office specialized in real estate.

Simon Dejemeppe
PARTNER
Simon worked as Transactions Manager at Eaglestone, a major player in the Belgian real estate market, gaining financial, legal, and technical expertise. Before that, he collaborated with ING, contributing to the financing of high-profile real estate projects.
Delta Real Estate was founded by four experienced real estate professionals with a shared vision: to create a dedicated service line exclusively for professional real estate.
